COMMISSION TERMS OF SERVICE
All of my commissions, unless stated otherwise, are for PERSONAL USE ONLY.COMMERCIAL USE is twice the base price.AI / NFT uses of my art are STRICTLY PROHIBITED.✦✧✦✧✦✧✦COMMISSION PROCESS1. Send me the order form through Email / Instagram DM / Twitter DM / Discord DM.
2. Wait for me to send you a sketch of the commission.
3. After you are satisfied with the sketch, I will let you know where to send the full payment. I will continue working on the commission after you paid.
4. I will frequently send you updates on the progress until it is finished.✦✧✦✧✦✧✦PAYMENTPayment can only be made through Paypal (USD) / BRI or Trakteer (IDR).The full payment can be made after the sketch is approved.I will only continue to work on the commission once the full payment has been made.✦✧✦✧✦✧✦REVISIONSMinor revisions throughout the commission process are free.Major revisions after the sketch has been finalized (such as changing the pose) are not allowed.Minor revisions consists of adding details, facial and body shape fixes, etc
Major revisions consists of changing poses, changing mood's colors, etc✦✧✦✧✦✧✦DEADLINEThe client can expect the commission to be finished within 1 week - 1 month max after the payment has been made. However, if I am unable to finish the commission by then, I will let the client know the reasons as soon as possible as well as asking the client if the client want to extend the deadline. If the client refuses to extend the deadline, I will be issuing a refund.✦✧✦✧✦✧✦REFUND POLICYNo cancellation for commission that has been paid for, so please be certain if you want to commission me before making the commitment.Full refund can only be issued if I am unable to finish the commission in 1 month and the client refuses to extend the deadline.Refund can not be issued if :
1. The client has accepted the final result of the commission.
2. Client conducting intentional bad behavior to get the refundThe commission will be terminated after the refund is issued and the client will have no right to claim the sketches, progress artwork, or even the final artwork of the commission after the refund is issued.✦✧✦✧✦✧✦Please let me know whether or not you want your commission to be kept private, otherwise it will be posted on my social media accounts and my portfolio.Thank you for understanding!
